YOUR STUDENT MAY QUALIFY FOR WAIVED ASB & CLASS FEES!

If your family meets the qualifications on the Family Benefits Survey, you may be eligible for your students ASB fee to be waived. ASB is required in order for students to participate in Sports and Clubs. You may also qualify to have other class related fees and requirements reduced or waived. (Submitting this form does not guarantee your eligibility)

If you or your family receives State/Federal assistance benefits such as Food Stamps, or Medicaid, you are already eligible to have the fees listed above waived. You only need to submit the Consent to Share form!

Step 1: Complete online or print & return the 2024-25 Family Benefits Survey - This is required if you do not currently receive state/federal assistance benefits. You may skip this form if you already receive benefits.

Step 2: Complete the Consent to Share Form.  This is required for all families who are hoping to qualify for benefits.

A new way for us to get feedback from YOU is on the way!

The district will be rolling out a new pilot program called POSSIP, or "Positive Gossip", to a select few schools and Pacific has been chosen as one of those.

You will start receiving POSSIP Pulse Checks on Thursday, October 3rd.  To learn more about POSSIP you can check out our website, which will be updated regularly once the pilot program begins, which can be found in our menu or by click the link below.
